Our facility is equipped with two banquet rooms boasting the capability to comfortably accommodate up to 300 people for any given event. When used alone, our small banquet room allows for a more private, intimate setting and has a seating capacity of 60-65 people. This small banquet room is the perfect setting for bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, and wedding ceremonies.
In addition to the availability of an integrated sound system, projection screens, flip charts, and other media resources, our corporate customers find our location within such close proximity to Interstate-79 and Interstate-80 a plus.

The Carlson Craft line offers an extensive selection of products sure to fit your individual needs. Our products include wedding announcements, invitations, reception & response cards, birth & graduation announcements, personalized Christmas greeting cards, business cards, letterhead, presentation folders, specialty labels and more.
Accessory items to coordinate and compliment your entire wedding are also available including wedding cake ornaments, attendants' gifts, personalized napkins, programs, matches, and thank you cards.

Menu Prices include three hours use of the banquet room with the purchase of dinner, two hours use for luncheons, and one hour of use with a breakfast menu. Additional hours may be purchased. A fee of $75 ($150 for wedding receptions) for up to one hour for the small banquet room and/or $150 ($300 for wedding receptions) for up to one hour for the main banquet room if reserved when making final arrangements 10 days prior to your event. Additional hours are double when requests are made after the final arrangements have been processed 10 days prior to your event.
Prices do not include sales tax (6%) and service charge (20%).
Service at Legacy includes white linen table clothes, colored linen napkins, china and flatware. Colored table clothes, table skirting and lighted table skirting are available upon request. (additional fees may apply)

Square tables seat 10 guests
Rectangular tables seat 6 to 12 guests.
Extra tables and additional linens are available to rent at $5.00/each. Skirting is also available for $3.25/foot.

A minimum of 100 guests is required for a Saturday evening event when reserving our main banquet room. YOUR FOOD AND BEVERAGE SELECTIONS MUST INCLUDE DINNER AND SODA PRODUCTS.
There is a $200 minimum order required for any event.
LEGACY WILL NOT PROVIDE OR SERVE ALCOHOL. *The client is permitted to provide his or her own alcohol with prior approval. There is an additional service charge of $1.99 per person for ice, glasses and basic bar set up.
Final package/menu and decoration selections must be made (30) thirty days prior to your event. (Payment in full for decorations is due at this time)
Final count of guests and remainder of any unpaid balance is due (10) ten days prior to your event. ADDITIONAL CHARGES WILL BE ADDED FOR BALANCES NOT PAID BY THIS DATE (minimal charge of $50.00). Any additional charges incurred on the day of the event will be presented prior to the end of the event with payment in full due at that time.
An additional side can be added for $1.95 per person
An additional entree can be added for $3.95 per person for dinners and $2.95 for luncheons.
Unlimited soda can be added to any menu for $2.50 per person for an event beginning after 2:00 p.m. and $1.50 per person for a breakfast or luncheon
No additional food or beverages, with the exception of alcohol with prior approval, may be brought on the premises. Any violation of this policy will result in additional charges that will be applied to the security deposit.
Off-site catering is available. Delivery charges and equipment rental fees apply.

A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of $200 is required to reserve a date in the small banquet room (APPLIED TO TOTAL BALANCE)
A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of $500 is required to reserve a date in the large banquet room.
Payments can be made by cash, check or credit card. There is a $25 service charge for all checks returned for insufficient funds.
A Security Deposit ($300.00/for use of the main banquet room, $150.00/for use of the small banquet room plus an additional $200.00 if alcohol is being provided by the client) is to be written on a separate check and is due (10) ten days prior to the event along with final count and final payment. This deposit check will be returned by mail if there are no damages or violation of Banquet/Conference policies, or additional clean-up. The Client will be billed or refunded accordingly after applying the deposit.
Any unpaid balance is due (10) ten days prior to your event. *Additional charges (minimum $50.00) will be added for balances not paid by this date.
If needed, a final invoice will be issued at the conclusion of your event for any last minute additions or changes made. Payment in full is due at that time.

Chocolate fountains are one of the most sought after items at weddings and parties. Rich Belgian chocolate is melted below and transported to the top of the fountain creating a flowing curtain of delicious warm chocolate cascades down the fountain tiers resembling a chocolate waterfall. Guests are able to dip a variety of fruits/desserts and create delicious chocolate covered delicacies. INCLUDES:
